Feeling confident after an amazing week of training at @htsc_sheffield with @nickmatthewsquash ! Pumped for my first round match at the British Open tomorrow against Millie Tomlinson (630pm local time). Huge thank you to @charjagger @donnasquash @greglobban for hosting me and @samantha.j91 this week and for showing us around the Sheffield area!

Proud of myself for my fight and #determination tonight in my match against Millie. Had a very slow start, digging myself into a 2-0 hole, but managed to find my game, play better, settle into the match and push it to a 5th game. Unfortunately couldn’t complete the comeback but excited to get another crack at her next week at British Open! #revenge #danzilla #trusttheprocess #gearboxsquash

Mixed emotions about this years Canadian National Championships. I didn’t have the result I was hoping for- finishing 3rd this year- but I learned a lot and am excited for my next two events in England. On a positive note, I loved reconnecting with everyone in the squash community and doing some commentary on the live feed! Big thank you to @jhills1971 for flying to Toronto and coaching me this week!
